What can my district do to allow students to view items shared from Google in their WOL courses?

Almost every WOL course has Google items embedded within it (slides, recordings, documents, etc.) In order for students to have full access to their course materials, it may be necessary to create a separate OU within your school directory.

In order to allow members outside of your school district to share items within your OU in Google, you will need to create a separate OU within your school directory. This will allow members of that OU to access shares outside of your school. You will want to put students enrolled in WOL courses inside that OU.

In GAC (Google Admin Console) head to: Apps --> Google Workspace --> Settings for Drive and Docs --> Sharing Settings --> Allow users in Online MS to receive files from users or shared drives outside of _______ School District.
